Nature of communication!!!

Nature of communication!!!

The nature of communication is the exchange of information between two people. It is required that there be both a sender and a receiver for communication to take place. Communication is reciprocal. So at any time the sender is sending a message the receiver is also sending messages.

Effective communication entails the sender encoding a message and transmitting it to the receiver where the receiver successfully decodes the message.

So, in English! In your head you know what you want to say. So you put it into words in a language you know and you "send it" to your receiver. You can send it through talking, posting it on a message board, sending an e-mail, etc. This goes through a channel which can have "noise" which interferes with the message. Your receiver gets the message and "decodes" it. If this is done successfully they will understand your message. Things that might hinder this would be if the other person doesn't speak the same language as you.

That was before but now the nature of communication sophisticated with the use of Electronics, example, Electronic learning or e-learning, as it is broadly known, is bringing hope to millions who have deserted from the dream of abiding education due to various reasons. It has made learning easier than ever before as one need not be physically present in the classrooms all the time. E-learning has in fact opened a door for whole new style of teaching and learning that is booming rapidly.
